This is the proposed scarf design for the Cashmere (and former Beckenham/Ferguson) Scouts/Cubs. This includes pictures of the former Beckenham/Ferguson scarves (gold with black & red stripes and a triangle of green tartan at the back) and Cashmere scarves (plain maroon). The idea was for the new scarf design to blend the two sets of colours into an interesting whole. In the end, we chose a design that used the maroon background, with a gold stripe on one side and an orange one on the other, to acknowledge both former groups, and to introduce a new vibrant orange to set the new combined group apart, as it strikes off in its own, new direction!
